As an Accredited Coach and qualified Social Worker, I have been professionally trained to  unlock client's strengths and provide support to navigate challenges and make positive life choices.

I am qualified as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a global network of 30,000 accredited coaches. To gain this qualification I completed 150 hours of training, delivered 100 client coaching hours and had my coaching practice assessed through an exam and by an external assessor.

I hold a Masters in Social Work and worked for 3 years helping high risk young offenders to make positive life choices.

With 20 year's experience as a Charity Director, I have enabled scores of staff and hundreds of volunteers to fulfill their potential and improve the lives of thousands of beneficiaries. In 2023, I was highly commended in the 'Mentor of the Year' category by CO3 for my role in coaching and mentoring charity Chief Executives.
